Associate Director of Data Product Management (Healthcare Data)

Location: Fully remote, based in the United States

Base salary: $165,000–$175,000 per year

What you will do

• Own the day-to-day operations and overall success of the DataHub self-service data warehousing and reporting product.
• Lead product discovery and delivery for complex features, including client discovery sessions and PRD development.
• Partner with engineering on release planning and recommend build-versus-buy decisions.
• Manage client escalations, communicate product updates, and guide stakeholders through application changes and rollouts.
• Plan monthly and quarterly product roadmaps and identify cross-product dependencies.
• Set expectations for direct reports and support their feedback, growth, and career development.

Requirements

• 6–8 years of product management experience, including at least 1 year managing and developing a team.
• Strong technical background with data modeling, analytics tooling, SQL, and JIRA proficiency.
• Experience with healthcare datasets such as electronic health record or claims data.
• Strong communication, collaboration, client management, analytical, and business judgment skills.
• Experience with the software product development lifecycle and running Scrum processes.
• Must be based in the United States; visa sponsorship is not available.
