Manager, Clinical Product Operations

What you will do

• Map, document, and optimize current and future clinical workflows with Clinical Informatics and Engineering, Data, AI, and Operations partners.
• Define priorities and develop monthly sprint plans with product and operational leadership.
• Plan and manage the end-to-end deployment of clinical initiatives from pilot and Test Kitchen phases through enterprise-wide launch.
• Develop communication plans, rollout materials, and training resources, and facilitate training for end users, subject matter experts, and managers.
• Use EHR expertise to improve system functionality and alignment with clinical practice.
• Evaluate usability, adoption, and operational impact while connecting frontline feedback with R&D teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and five years of healthcare or product management experience.
• At least two years of experience scaling enterprise change management initiatives.
• Advanced or superuser experience with an EMR.
• At least two years of clinical project or process management, or clinical informatics experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, analytical, organizational, and prioritization skills.

Nice to have

• Practicing APRN or RN with at least five years of clinical experience.
• Active license to practice in at least one Devoted Medical market.
• Master’s degree and two years of telehealth experience.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively while managing multiple projects.
