Senior Business Development Manager (ADAS/AV)

Location: On-site in Shanghai, China

What you will do

• Build and maintain relationships with automotive OEM and tier 1 clients through regular face-to-face meetings.
• Drive new business opportunities using industry knowledge, market trends, and ADAS/AV technologies.
• Coordinate customer evaluations, product demonstrations, and technical walkthroughs.
• Lead RFI/RFQ discussions and deep-dive sessions on hirify.global products and technologies.
• Plan and execute business development projects while coordinating with sales, marketing, and technical teams.
• Analyze markets, assess competitors, develop growth strategies, and report progress to leadership.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in business development or as a senior system engineer in the ADAS/AV sector.
• Strong engineering understanding of ADAS/AV solutions and associated vehicle setups.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience managing complex projects and expanding client relationships.
• Ability to work independently, drive results, and communicate effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and relevant industry events.
