Business Development Manager (Hong Kong)

What you will do

• Build and maintain strategic relationships with merchants, acquiring partners, payment providers, card schemes, and other payments ecosystem participants.
• Identify new business opportunities, own the commercial pipeline, and drive negotiations from initial outreach through partnership launch.
• Develop partnerships and commercial opportunities within the AI ecosystem.
• Support the commercial growth strategy and represent the platform in the market.
• Collaborate with internal teams to support successful partnership execution.

Requirements

• 3+ years of business development experience in fintech, payments, banking, or a related field; 5+ years in payments, banking, or related areas.
• Strong expertise in payment acquiring, merchant accounts, banking, and alternative payment methods.
• Experience building partnerships and launching payment channels across the APAC region.
• Good understanding of the AI market and its commercial opportunities.
• Strong negotiation, communication, stakeholder management, and commercial skills.
• Fluency in English and Mandarin is required.
