German-speaking Implementation Specialist

Location: Barcelona, Spain; hybrid with in-person work 3 days per week and residence within commuting distance of a hirify.global hub required.

hirify.global is a travel and spend management platform that automates travel bookings, expenses, invoice processing, and related operational work for businesses.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional project teams through the implementation and onboarding of new clients.
• Plan, execute, control, and close implementation projects, including requirements documentation, deliverables, and client communications.
• Review contracts, manage resources, validate process quality, and ensure accounts are staged and prioritised effectively.
• Act as the first point of contact for client escalations during implementation.
• Develop account ramp-up strategies and drive adoption of the hirify.global platform among customer users.
• Explain complex and technical information clearly while coordinating timelines, tasks, risks, and issues.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing and delivering projects for different clients in an international environment.
• Native German and fluent English, written and spoken.
• Strong organisation, administration, analytical, problem-solving, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders and adapt communication to different audiences.
• Customer focus, resilience under pressure, initiative, and a willingness to take on challenges.
• Tech-savvy approach with an understanding of basic integrations and open API concepts.

• Studies in Project Management.
• Travel industry experience.
• Previous experience in a SaaS implementation role.
