Business Planner (Supply Chain)

What you will do

• Set material supply plans for external suppliers and internal factories across 0–24 month demand and supply horizons.
• Secure material availability for factory output and customer service events by providing reliable plans and monitoring execution.
• Drive demand and supply gap closure, capacity investment decisions, and supply planning actions.
• Manage inventory projections, buffer strategies, and excess and obsolescence risks.
• Optimize planning parameters, policies, methodologies, and the use of manual planning versus MRP.
• Collaborate with demand planning, supplier-facing departments, product lifecycle management, and production planning teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a master’s degree is preferred.
• At least 5 years of experience in demand planning or demand and supply process management.
• Experience with S&OP, Master Production Schedule, or production planning.
• Relevant experience with SAP software solutions.
• Ability to connect tactical and strategic decisions, manage senior stakeholders, and communicate complex topics clearly.
• Professional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
