What you will do

• Lead the monthly Logistics United forum to review performance, share best practices, and turn discussions into action.
• Connect logistics teams across European markets and strengthen collaboration, consistency, and shared problem solving.
• Identify improvement opportunities and lead cross-market logistics projects from discovery through execution and follow-up.
• Drive the regional sustainability agenda within logistics and support measurable progress.
• Manage the pallet consultancy partnership and coordinate priorities, engagement, and value delivery.
• Track performance themes, risks, and recurring issues while aligning market teams and other stakeholders.

Requirements

• 3–4 years of experience in logistics, supply chain, or operational excellence.
• Strong logistics business-unit experience and understanding of market-level logistics realities.
• Experience working across functions, teams, and geographies in a matrix environment.
• Experience leading improvement initiatives or projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, facilitation, and follow-through skills.
• Structured and pragmatic approach with the ability to connect operational detail to broader priorities.
