Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI)

What you will do

• Develop and execute an AI strategy aligned with company goals, product innovation, and technology operations.
• Establish and scale an AI Center of Excellence and a high-performing AI team.
• Design and deploy frameworks and platforms that standardize AI and machine learning across the organization.
• Develop and implement advanced machine learning and responsible AI solutions for real-time, low-latency applications.
• Lead collaboration with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders while monitoring and optimizing model performance.
• Evaluate emerging technologies, including Generative AI and MLOps, and translate AI opportunities into business outcomes.

Requirements

• Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• At least five years of experience in AI, including developing AI solutions and products in complex production environments.
• Leadership experience managing and scaling AI teams in a high-growth environment.
• Expertise in machine learning algorithms, event-driven and real-time data analytics, MLOps, online feature stores, Generative AI cloud frameworks, and Prompt/Agent Engineering.
• Strong strategic thinking, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to communicate complex AI concepts and business strategies to C-level management and stakeholders at different levels.
