Senior AI Solution Architect

What you will do

• Design reliable, production-ready AI systems for customer experience and contact center use cases using LLMs, deterministic workflows, tools, and orchestration layers.
• Develop RAG and knowledge architectures, including content structuring, chunking, embeddings, ranking, governance, and freshness strategies.
• Define AI evaluation frameworks, test sets, quality metrics, feedback loops, and monitoring approaches.
• Engineer contextual AI experiences using customer data, conversation history, real-time signals, and optimized prompt and context strategies.
• Design and deploy prototypes, support technical discovery and demonstrations, and transition successful solutions into production pilots.
• Build integrations through RESTful APIs, MCP, and A2A; create reusable assets and enable solution consultants, partners, and account teams.

Requirements

• Hands-on experience designing modern AI solutions using machine learning, NLU/NLP, retrieval systems, LLMs, orchestration patterns, tool use, and agentic approaches.
• Expertise in enterprise integrations, RESTful APIs, event-driven architectures, identity systems, cloud ecosystems, real-time design, reliability, and secure data access.
• Experience with AI evaluation, governance, observability, retrieval quality, tool-call accuracy, safety, drift, auditability, and cost control.
• Strong executive communication, technical demonstration, sales partnership, business value, and CIO/CTO stakeholder influence skills.
• Foundational programming knowledge, with Python preferred; strong understanding of hirify.global Cloud and hirify.global AI is preferred.
• Fluency in English and Swedish is required.

• Danish, Finnish, Norwegian, or German fluency.
• Strong understanding of the hirify.global Cloud platform and hirify.global AI.
