Senior Applied AI Engineer (Marketing)

What you will do

• Map Marketing workflows, systems, data sources, owners, and areas requiring expert judgment.
• Build production AI systems, agents, and workflows for Performance and Social Marketing, including creative variants, campaign setup, and quality checks.
• Connect launch context from Linear, internal documentation, Slack, competitive intelligence, and usage data across marketing assets.
• Encode Brand and Product Marketing positioning, messaging, and voice guidance into reusable systems.
• Integrate marketing platforms, analytics, CRM or CDP systems, content tools, and the shared company data layer.
• Launch systems with owners, runbooks, access controls, review cadences, and measurable improvement plans.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience building and shipping production software or data systems.
• Recent hands-on experience with TypeScript, Python, or SQL.
• Deep practical knowledge of marketing, including paid and social channels, attribution, CRM, content, and positioning.
• Experience integrating advertising platforms, analytics, CRM or CDP systems, and content tools through their APIs.
• Experience building with LLMs, agents, and evaluation, including making model output reliable for daily use.
• English is required for application and day-to-day communication.

Nice to have

• Experience with Lovable, Supabase, PostgreSQL, Cloudflare, BigQuery, Go, Anthropic, OpenAI, or MCP.
• Experience building internal systems on a high-level platform.
