AI Enablement Lead (AI)

What you will do

• Design and deliver hands-on technical workshops where Technology teams build and deploy AI agents and other working solutions on the KAIT platform.
• Coach engineers, product teams, domain experts, and Tech Innovators through AI use-case discovery, scoping, prototyping, delivery, and handoff.
• Run AI opportunity audits and route use cases to self-service agent builds, Architect-level support, data science, or other appropriate disciplines.
• Create training content covering RAG, AI agent design, prompt engineering, API integration, and enterprise AI workflows.
• Embed security, data governance, compliance, human oversight, audit requirements, and release standards into AI delivery from the start.
• Support coding-assistant adoption with workshops and best-practice guidance for tools such as GitHub Copilot and Cursor.

Requirements

• 4–7 years of hands-on experience in data engineering, AI/ML engineering, solutions architecture, or DevOps, followed by enablement, consultancy, or transformation experience.
• Production experience coaching technical teams to build and deploy AI agents or RAG pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with at least one low-code/no-code automation platform, such as n8n.
• Strong prompt engineering knowledge, including system prompts, structured output, chain-of-thought, and evaluation techniques.
• Understanding of REST APIs, OAuth/SSO authentication, rate limiting, and enterprise data flows.
• Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly, deliver practical workshops, and engage senior stakeholders.

Nice to have

• Experience in igaming, fintech, or financial services.
• Production n8n workflow automation experience.
• Familiarity with MCP, LLM providers, vector databases, embedding models, and semantic search.
• Experience with GitHub Copilot or Cursor in developer productivity initiatives.
• Multi-site or international delivery experience.
