Licensing Analyst (Fintech)

Location: Pasay, Manila, Philippines

What you will do

• Provide consultative support on license requests, hirify.global bylaws, eligibility criteria, and regulatory requirements.
• Analyze licensing eligibility and manage license administration requests, including sponsorships, upgrades, mergers, acquisitions, and terminations.
• Gather and translate client business requirements into internal technical documentation.
• Test and troubleshoot installed systems, escalate technical issues, and support acceptance testing.
• Prepare project plans, status reports, and issue logs while coordinating commitments across partners and stakeholders.
• Identify risks and opportunities to improve licensing processes, service quality, and operational efficiency.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of work experience and a Bachelor's or advanced degree.
• Experience managing licensing or regulatory processes in a financial or payments environment.
• Experience gathering and documenting business and technical requirements, troubleshooting issues, and preparing project documentation.
• Experience translating business requirements into technical documentation and using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Experience working in a global environment and collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Willingness to work rotating and shifting schedules, including weekends, holidays, and overtime when needed for 24/7 operations.

• Payments industry experience.
• Experience with project management methodologies or tools.
• Experience supporting process improvement or system enhancement initiatives.
• Experience with client onboarding, due diligence, or lifecycle management in a regulated industry.
