Sr. Finance Process Excellence Analyst

What you will do

• Partner with Finance Shared Services teams to identify business problems, pain points, opportunities, and desired outcomes.
• Gather, analyze, challenge, and translate business needs into clear functional requirements for Digital Solutioning.
• Analyze current-state processes and define future-state workflows, process maps, SOPs, acceptance criteria, and supporting documentation.
• Act as the liaison between Finance Shared Services and Digital Solutioning throughout solution design, development, and implementation.
• Coordinate business validation and User Acceptance Testing, including test scenarios, issue tracking, and requirements confirmation.
• Support data analysis, reporting, project coordination, stakeholder alignment, change management, and implementation activities.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience in business analysis, finance transformation, operational excellence, project delivery, shared services, or a related discipline.
• Experience gathering, analyzing, documenting, and translating business requirements into functional requirements.
• Experience with process mapping, workflow documentation, SOP development, requirements documentation, testing, and UAT.
• Familiarity with ERP systems, data analytics, reporting platforms, and digital or automation tools.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within agreed timelines in a changing business environment.

Nice to have

• BPO or Shared Services Center experience.
• Lean Six Sigma, Business Analysis, or Project Management certification.
