Lead Business Consultant - Front Office & Investment Compliance

Location: Manila, Philippines; hybrid work arrangement with office attendance two days per week.

What you will do

• Participate in SimCorp Dimension implementations across front-office and investment-compliance functions, including configuration, integration, and testing.
• Document client requirements, map them to platform functionality, and identify process improvements.
• Design and deliver solution sets, operational workflows, customizations, and standard configuration solutions.
• Support client test strategies, test plans, test-case execution, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
• Provide configuration and end-user training and help clients optimize their use of SimCorp Dimension.
• Collaborate remotely with consulting and implementation teams worldwide.

Requirements

• Approximately 10 years of relevant experience in the financial or investment-management industry.
• Degree in finance, economics, physics, mathematics, science, engineering, or a related field.
• Experience in quantitative analysis, mathematical or financial modelling, or financial-instrument valuation.
• Practical knowledge of portfolio management, trade execution, and investment compliance.
• Strong communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills, with willingness to learn new software.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Business analysis or project experience.
• CFA or FRM certification.
