What you will do
- Lead discovery and analysis of business processes, user journeys, pain points, controls, and data requirements.
- Translate strategy into epics, features, user stories, and actionable backlog items.
- Collaborate with product, engineer, operations, compliance, risk, data, and technology stakeholders across countries.
- Use customer, operational, risk, and performance data to support prioritization and decision-mak.
- Ensure solutions meet security, resilience, legal, and compliance requirements while support adoption and continuous improvement.
- Contribute to incident management, root-cause analysis, operational resilience, automation, and AI-enabled improvements.
Requirements
- Experience in business analysis, process analysis, requirements engineer, or customer journey management.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to solve complex problems in chang environments.
- Practical understand of data structures, analysis, visualization, and insight generation.
- Experience work in Agile or BusDevOps environments with engineers and product teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills in English.
- Ability to manage ambiguity, dependencies, and execution across multiple stakeholders and locations; degree or equivalent professional capability.
Nice to have
- Experience in financial crime prevention, AML, transaction monitor, fraud, sanctions, or KYC.
- Production support, incident resolution, or operational resilience experience.
- Experience with global transformation or standardization programs.
- Experience with data products, data governance, machine learn, AI, or statistics.
