What you will do

• Coordinate the onboardhirify.global of countries onto the Transaction Monitorhirify.global Models solution.
• Bridge business stakeholders and technical development teams across Agile BusDevOps squads.
• Coordinate operational processes, stakeholder engagement, incident management, performance monitorhirify.global, and continuous improvement.
• Prioritize work, manage dependencies, and facilitate collaboration with Squad Leads, Business Analysts, DevOps Engineers, and data specialists.
• Help ensure solutions meet regulatory, security, resilience, and business requirements.
• Support globally standardized financial crime prevention capabilities used across hirify.global’s international network.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
• 3–10 years of experience in Business Analysis, Data Analysis, Product Ownership, Customer Journey Expert, or a related role in regulated financial services.
• Experience with Agile, Scrum, DevOps, software implementations, operational processes, or large-scale rollouts.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, incident management, and problem-solvhirify.global skills.
• Ability to work effectively in complex international environments and engage with senior stakeholders.
• Fluent English, written and verbal, is required.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Python, KNIME, Hive, Jupyter, ServiceNow, FCRM, Quantexa, or similar analytics and transaction monitorhirify.global tools.
• Understandhirify.global of statistics, machine learnhirify.global, model-driven solutions, Generative AI, Agentic AI, LLMs, RAG, and prompt engineerhirify.global.
• Knowledge of Responsible AI, AI governance, model risk management, explainability, regulatory compliance, and operational resilience.
• Experience collaborathirify.global with Product Owners, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Model Validators, and cross-functional technology teams.
