Senior IT Manager

Location: On-site in Redwood City, California, United States; relocation support provided.

Salary: $200,000–$250,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Own employee onboarding and offboarding, including account provisioning, device setup, and access management.
• Provide hands-on support for macOS laptops, workstations, office networking, conference rooms, printers, and internal technology.
• Administer Google Workspace, Slack, Rippling, SSO, MDM platforms, and other SaaS tools.
• Maintain endpoint compliance, hardware inventory, IT documentation, and internal tooling.
• Support SOC2 compliance initiatives, access reviews, security audits, and improvements to internal security practices.
• Build automations for SaaS provisioning, hardware lifecycle management, onboarding, and internal IT workflows.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 2+ years of IT support or systems administration experience.
• Experience administering macOS devices, Google Workspace, MDM platforms, and identity management systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
• On-site work in Redwood City, California, United States is required.
• Work authorization sponsorship is available for qualified candidates, including H-1B, TN, L-1, E-3, and F-1 OPT/CPT.

• Startup experience and experience with Rippling.
• Python or Bash scripting and IT automation experience.
• SOC2 compliance experience.
• Jamf, Kandji, or Intune administration experience.
