Marketing Lead (AI Healthcare)

Location: New York, NY; onsite five days a week

Salary: $150,000–$160,000 base

Venture-backed healthcare technology company building AI software for health systems, with an established product, live enterprise customers, and an active conference and events presence.

What you will do

• Own product marketing end to end, including customer stories, testimonials, and case studies.
• Define positioning and messaging for an enterprise healthcare audience.
• Write and manage LinkedIn content, website copy, and long-form marketing materials.
• Execute conferences, executive dinners, and other field marketing events.
• Run ABM campaigns and own SEO and GEO presence.
• Build market trust through events, community building, partnerships, and media relations.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of B2B marketing experience.
• Enterprise healthcare marketing experience and an understanding of how health systems buy.
• Experience in a growth-stage startup and comfort wearing multiple hats.
• Strong writing skills across case studies, LinkedIn posts, and long-form content.
• Ability to simplify complex technology into clear, repeatable narratives.
• Ability to work onsite in New York five days a week.
