What you will do

• Manage cross-functional initiatives through project and program management.
• Conduct data analysis, dashboarding, and reporting.
• Develop strategic thinking based on data insights.

• Contribute to new business and product development through opportunity modeling.

Requirements

• 3-4 years of experience in consulting, banking, or startup business operations.
• Strong project management skills and ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience taking projects from 0-1 with little oversight and ability to articulate the why's and how's.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to synthesize complex information and data to inform decision-making.
• Data mindset, hard-working, and high-intensity.
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
