Deployment Strategist (Voice AI)

Salary: $170,000–$260,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end customer deployments from discovery through production launch, including execution, stakeholder communication, risk management, and delivery.
• Gather customer requirements and translate business goals into scalable AI-powered workflows, conversational designs, and deployment architectures.
• Build prototypes, validate use cases, guide implementation trade-offs, and optimize voice AI deployments.
• Advise executives, operators, and technical teams on AI adoption, business processes, and measurable outcomes.
• Build ROI models, business cases, deployment playbooks, and repeatable frameworks for enterprise adoption.
• Coordinate with Product, Engineering, Sales, and Customer Success while translating customer feedback into product recommendations.

Requirements

• Experience in deployment, implementation, solutions consulting, product management, forward-deployed engineering, strategic consulting, or a similar customer-facing technology role.
• Experience writing requirements, implementation plans, PRDs, or project specifications.
• Experience building business cases, performing ROI analysis, or conducting value-based solution scoping.
• Strong communication, organization, ownership, stakeholder management, and execution skills.
• Ability to navigate technical conversations and balance implementation details with business outcomes.
• Excitement about AI, LLMs, voice technology, and helping customers adopt emerging technologies.

Hiring process
