Event Marketing Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco, California, United States. Work model: onsite and fully in-person.

Salary: $100,000–$130,000 base annually.

What you will do

• Own event strategy from concept and format through guest experience and measurement.
• Plan and execute in-person roundtables, hosted dinners, and field programs from scratch.
• Develop a clear point of view on what makes events memorable for enterprise buyers.
• Partner with marketing analytics to measure impact and improve event programs.
• Manage complex event logistics with precision while remaining calm under pressure.

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in event marketing, hospitality, or a closely related field.
• Demonstrated ownership of an event or program, including strategy and execution.
• Strong hospitality instincts and empathy for hosted guests.
• Exceptional organization and attention to detail, with the ability to own outcomes.
• Comfort working as both a strategist and hands-on executor in a fast-moving startup environment.
