Senior Associate, Software/Integration Engineer (AWS)

Location: Melbourne, Florida, US, with occasional travel to Patrick Space Force Base

What you will do

• Integrate, deploy, test, and troubleshoot software in Linux-based environments.
• Build secure, scalable, resilient, and cost-effective cloud applications, primarily using AWS services.
• Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines and support software and infrastructure integration.
• Work directly with customers to understand mission requirements and deliver practical cloud-based capabilities.
• Create detailed documentation for software design, development, and deployment.
• Adapt solutions across mission areas and collaborate with software, infrastructure, and customer teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of related experience, a graduate degree with 0–2 years of experience, or 6 years of related experience in lieu of a degree.
• Active TS/SCI security clearance required.
• CompTIA Security+ or equivalent DoD IAT Level II certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Experience with Python, JavaScript or Java, Docker, CI/CD pipelines, and Linux-based environments.
• Cloud development experience and the ability to design, develop, and deploy secure AWS applications.
• Security clearances may only be granted to U.S. citizens.

Nice to have

• Experience with the C2S Access Portal and high-side AWS environments.
• AI-assisted development tools experience.
• Prior field experience and full-stack web development experience.
• Experience working in dynamic team environments.
