What you will do

• Lead day-to-day operations across a fast-paced fulfillment center and manage supervisors and hourly associates.
• Plan staffing schedules and adjust labor levels to meet operational demand.
• Manage inbound and outbound truck loading, unloading, warehouse organization, and inventory accuracy.
• Maintain productivity, customer service, safety, efficiency, and quality standards.
• Coach, mentor, develop, and evaluate staff while supporting recruiting and strategic labor planning.
• Manage budgets, revenue, expenses, KPIs, peak-season strategies, and operational improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or a related field is highly preferred.
• 5–7 years of leadership experience in a warehouse or distribution environment, including at least 4 years of supervisory experience.
• Experience with a Warehouse Management System, material handling equipment, and storage systems.
• Experience managing data, budgets, KPIs, projects, reports, procedures, policies, and contracts.
• Ability to lead change, influence operational performance, communicate with managers and clients, and build effective partner relationships.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.

• Supply chain or logistics experience.
• LEAN experience.
• Food-grade operations experience.
