Warehouse Supervisor

Location: Houston, Texas, United States; onsite warehouse position

Salary: $67,000–$101,000 annual, plus bonus and/or incentive eligibility

What you will do

• Manage daily warehouse operations, including processing, packaging, storage, receiving, and shipment of supplies and equipment.
• Supervise employees, assign work, monitor progress and accuracy, and provide technical guidance on complex issues.
• Maintain inventory accuracy, audit received goods, and account for materials and supplies.
• Review operating procedures, equipment protection, maintenance, space utilization, and overtime spending.
• Coach and mentor staff on productivity, quality, safety, and organizational values.
• Coordinate with customer service to resolve warehouse-related issues and support a safe work environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of warehouse experience.
• At least 3 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring, and training staff.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds and sit, walk, or stand for prolonged periods.
• Ability to complete routine paperwork accurately and on time.
