Franchise Development Manager (Asia Pacific)

Freedom Boat Club, a division of hirify.global Corporation, is a members-only boat club expanding its marine recreation franchise network across the Asia Pacific region.

What you will do

• Identify franchise expansion opportunities and support the development and sale of new territories.
• Build relationships with franchise partners and provide guidance to improve business performance.
• Monitor compliance with operational and brand standards through site visits, business reviews, and assessments.
• Support franchisee onboarding, start-up activities, training programs, and operational documentation.
• Promote shared services, marketing, sales, membership initiatives, boat shows, conferences, and dealer events.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience in franchise operations, business development, sales, account management, or multi-site business support.
• Strong relationship management, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across a geographically dispersed Asia Pacific region.
• Proficiency with Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, modern business technology, and AI productivity tools.

Nice to have

• Experience in a franchise or membership-based business model.
• Background in marine, leisure, hospitality, recreation, or service industries.
• Experience delivering training, coaching, or operational improvement programs.
• Exposure to international markets across the Asia Pacific region.
