What you will do
- Develop and maintain complex financial models for forecasting, budgeting, and long-range planning.
- Transform raw data into meaningful financial insights using expertise in data manipulation and visualization.
- Conduct in-depth analysis of key business drivers, financial results, and KPIs to identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
- Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and presentations to the leadership team and board of directors.
- Identify and implement improvements to financial planning processes and systems to increase efficiency and accuracy.
- Handle various ad-hoc projects and analyses to support business decisions and strategic planning.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of progressive experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related field, preferably within a SaaS or technology company.
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Strong understanding of financial modeling, accounting principles, and SaaS business metrics.
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Advanced Excel skills are a must.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly articulate complex financial concepts to non-finance stakeholders.
