FP&A Manager

Salary: $95,000–$110,000 estimated base salary

What you will do

• Support monthly group reporting, financial packs, KPI models, and quarterly board presentations.
• Maintain reporting and forecasting workflows across Pigment, Workday, NetSuite, Looker, and related systems.
• Manage headcount and staff-cost forecasting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and senior-management materials.
• Support annual budgeting and quarterly reforecast cycles, including stakeholder inputs, consolidation files, and review outputs.
• Perform month-end P&L and balance-sheet reconciliations and respond to financial and KPI queries.
• Lead ad hoc analyses and implement improvements to FP&A accuracy, automation, and standardization.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in FP&A, investment banking, equity research, or a related finance role.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, forecasting, and monthly and quarterly business reviews.
• Strong Excel and financial modeling skills, including work with large datasets.
• Strong presentation skills and the ability to turn complex data into clear exhibits for senior management.
• Ability to communicate effectively with Finance and non-Finance colleagues.
• Ability to work in the hybrid role based in New York or Austin.

• Experience with Pigment, Workday, NetSuite, Looker, or similar systems.
