Member of the Finance Staff (AI)

Location: Hybrid, based in New York City, United States

Salary: $130,000–$175,000 per year, plus equity.

What you will do

• Maintain integrated rolling forecasts for the P&L, balance sheet, and free cash flow.
• Forecast deployment demand and capacity by role, skill set, and geography to support hiring, staffing, and utilization decisions.
• Produce weekly pipeline reporting with Revenue Operations and go-to-market teams, assessing forecast and capacity implications.
• Support budgeting, long-range planning, headcount and expense planning, and management, board, and investor reporting.
• Build scenarios and sensitivities for growth, unit economics, pricing, profitability, investment decisions, and M&A evaluation.
• Design AI-enabled forecasting, reporting, and analytical workflows while partnering with Finance, GTM, Delivery, People, and Data teams.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of total experience with substantial financial modeling expertise.
• Advanced Excel or Google Sheets skills and the ability to build auditable models from first principles.
• Strong financial judgment across unit economics, pricing, profitability, valuation, and investment returns.
• Hands-on experience using AI tools for substantive financial analysis and validating data, calculations, and conclusions.
• Ability to structure ambiguous questions, reconcile incomplete data, document assumptions, and investigate discrepancies.
• Clear written and verbal communication, with the ability to explain recommendations and tradeoffs to non-finance colleagues.

Nice to have

• Investment banking, private equity, corporate FP&A, or finance rotational experience.
• Operating experience in budgeting, forecasting, or data analytics.
• Experience with SQL or Python.
