Software Engineer (Full Stack, Vue.js)

My Plan Manager is a Gallagher Bassett subsidiary that helps Australians manage their NDIS plans through participant, provider, and community services.

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications using PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Node.js, and Vue.js.
• Build accessible, reliable, and user-friendly digital experiences for staff, clients, and providers.
• Develop APIs, integrations, background processes, and data workflows supporting business operations.
• Deliver and support cloud-hosted applications across Heroku and AWS environments.
• Monitor performance, resolve production issues, and improve system reliability, security, and quality.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, QA, project, and security teams using agile delivery practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a full-stack software engineer or in a similar software development role.
• Strong capability with PHP, Laravel, JavaScript, Node.js, Vue.js, REST APIs, and modern web application development.
• Experience developing, deploying, and supporting cloud-hosted applications in AWS and/or Heroku.
• Understanding of software development lifecycles, automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and agile methodologies.
• Ability to troubleshoot issues across front-end, back-end, database, and cloud environments.
• Right to live and work in Australia is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with SaaS platforms, API integrations, DevOps, mobile applications, digital transformation, technology consulting, or enterprise software delivery.
• Experience using AI responsibly to improve efficiency and solution quality.
