Senior FullStack Engineer (AI)

What you will do

• Architect and ship production-ready AI systems using agentic workflows, RAG pipelines, and intelligent document processing.
• Build secure RESTful APIs with TypeScript, Node.js, and NestJS.
• Develop modern user interfaces with React or Vue.
• Create evaluation loops, telemetry, logging, and observability frameworks to measure model accuracy, latency, and decision reliability.
• Support AI governance through reproducibility, traceability, quality controls, and monitoring.
• Adopt standardised AI coding tools and share AI-enabled development practices with the engineering team.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience building and scaling full-stack web applications.
• Proven experience shipping AI capabilities into production, including RAG pipelines, agentic workflows, or intelligent document processing.
• Experience monitoring live AI features, defining success metrics, and refining model outputs using real-world performance data.
• Strong Node.js and modern frontend framework experience.
• Clear communication skills, technical ownership, and the ability to document decisions and collaborate cross-functionally.
