What you will do

Supervise outbound personnel and coordinate end-to-end picking, packing, and daily fulfillment operations.
Monitor real-time picking routes, packing standards, JIT waves, and system-based task allocation.
Resolve customer-reported exceptions and coordinate parcel handover with couriers.
Analyze labor productivity, accuracy, and other outbound metrics to improve workflows, storage layouts, and space utilization.
Train employees on picking, packing, and related warehouse tasks while enforcing safety protocols.
Collaborate with logistics and customer service teams, report outbound data, and drive continuous process improvements.

Requirements

Ability to work onsite in Shah Alam, Selangor, Malaysia.
Experience coordinating warehouse outbound operations, including picking and packing.
Ability to lead personnel, allocate tasks, and monitor operational performance.
Knowledge of warehouse safety procedures and process standardization.
Ability to collaborate with logistics, customer service, and courier teams.
