Warehouse Supervisor (Logistics)

What you will do

• Achieve target sort efficiency and throughput speed.
• Manage the warehouse team and coordinate instructions from other departments.
• Use operational data and physical checks to monitor sorting performance.
• Troubleshoot operational issues and distribute workloads across team members.
• Coordinate truck loading and unloading while preventing item damage.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized warehouse through regular inspections.

Requirements

• Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, or equivalent qualification in any field.
• At least 2 years of experience in a related field; logistics or warehouse experience is relevant.
• Experience managing and disciplining drivers is required.
• Ability to work efficiently with minimal supervision.
• Strong logic and reasoning skills for evaluating operational solutions and approaches.
