Account Coordinator, Paid Social

Location: Remote within the United States; roles are open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Newburyport, Salt Lake City, San Diego, and San Francisco. Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Salary: $47,900–$60,000 USD annually for a 40-hour workweek.

What you will do

• Build, launch, and manage paid social campaigns, including schedules, objectives, budgets, and progress tracking.
• Implement account tasks, optimizations, creative trafficking, and ongoing testing initiatives.
• Collect, analyze, and process large datasets to support campaign decisions.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports and recommend optimizations.
• Participate in internal syncs, client meetings, and presentations while tracking follow-ups.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to deliver projects for account teams and clients.

Requirements

• At least 6 months of paid social experience, with Facebook Ads experience required.
• Working knowledge of budgeting, bidding, and testing methodology.
• Experience in a production-oriented or similar role.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills with proficiency in Excel, including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, concatenation, and text-to-columns.
• Ability to manage workflows independently and communicate clearly.
• U.S. work authorization is required.

Nice to have

• Experience with TikTok and Snapchat advertising.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn, Pinterest, and Reddit paid social channels.
