Senior Planner, Paid Social

Location: New York, New York; hybrid work arrangement

Salary: $64,350–$85,000 per year

What you will do

• Develop proposals, media plans, objectives, strategy decks, and RFPs for paid social campaigns.
• Set up and execute client campaigns across paid social platforms and third-party buying tools.
• Manage campaign assets, tracking tags, insertion orders, delivery confirmations, and proof-of-placement materials.
• Monitor daily pacing, optimize active campaigns, and provide performance insights and recommendations.
• Coordinate with clients and internal teams, including Analytics and Digital, while managing timelines and deliverables.
• Support junior team member development, interviews, vendor relationships, and industry education.

Requirements

• 2+ years of previous paid social media experience.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram; familiarity with additional platforms is beneficial.
• Familiarity with marketing principles, analytics, and social targeting or retargeting tactics.
• Ability to manage social media budgets and investment levels.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, time-management, and data-analysis skills.
