Manager, Social (Paid Social)

Location: London, United Kingdom; hybrid working with teams in the office around four days a week. This is a UK-based role and requires the right to work in the United Kingdom.

What you will do

• Develop paid social media plans aligned with client objectives and KPIs.
• Set up, manage, pace, troubleshoot, and optimize campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and other social platforms.
• Perform quality assurance checks and produce weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
• Analyze campaign trends and recommend platform actions, testing opportunities, and innovations.
• Act as a key social contact for clients and media partners, supporting calls, presentations, and recommendations.
• Prioritize team workloads, mentor colleagues, support training, and collaborate with planning and channel specialist teams.

Requirements

• Experience in digital marketing or an agency-based role with clients or external stakeholders.
• Extensive experience setting up and optimizing paid social campaigns across major platforms.
• Experience planning large-scale paid social campaigns for brand and direct-response objectives.
• Experience preparing detailed campaign reports, end-of-campaign reviews, and client presentations.
• Strong relationship-building and presentation skills, with experience leading client calls.
• Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.

Nice to have

• Meta Blueprint or similar platform certifications.
• Experience line managing or training paid social specialists.
