What you will do

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, and YouTube at every funnel stage.
• Allocate and manage paid social budgets across platforms and campaigns to meet ROI and other performance KPIs.
• Own paid social activity and collaborate with internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Translate platform and internal data into clear performance reporting for different stakeholder groups.
• Identify and implement test-and-learn opportunities to improve campaign performance and paid social strategy.
• Manage and develop a direct report while monitoring industry and platform trends.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of marketing experience with a strong understanding of paid social ecosystems.
• Hands-on experience managing paid social campaigns, including direct-response activity using feeds and brand activity.
• Experience managing and developing a direct report.
• Analytical skills and a good understanding of Excel.
• Understanding of digital marketing measurement tools, including GA4, MMM, and MTA.
• Strong communication, organization, attention to detail, and ability to work under pressure to tight deadlines.
