Dispatcher (Logistics)

What you will do

• Arrange transportation capacity and daily dispatching for customer warehouse pickups.
• Coordinate service providers, fleets, vehicles, and drivers to ensure pickup and delivery tasks are completed smoothly.
• Manage sorting, outbound processing, and delivery route arrangements for bulky-item orders.
• Track the end-to-end flow from warehouse arrival through sorting, dispatch, delivery appointments, and proof of delivery.
• Compile daily operational data covering orders, pickups, outbound processing, and deliveries.
• Coordinate the resolution of operational exceptions and follow up until closure.

Requirements

• Ability to coordinate daily vehicle, driver, route, and delivery-resource allocation.
• Ability to communicate with delivery service providers, fleets, drivers, and customers.
• Ability to follow up on delivery execution, appointments, proof of delivery, and fulfillment activities.
• Ability to manage operational exceptions and coordinate corrective actions across relevant parties.
