What you will do

• Support daily fleet operations and monitor driver performance.
• Improve operational processes and delivery performance metrics.
• Analyze fleet utilization and plan routes with management and the algorithms team.
• Support local fleet planning and flexible capacity growth strategies.
• Develop analytics models, gather operational data, and improve visibility across parcel transportation.
• Collaborate with other departments to improve operational software, including hirify.global Operator and Ninja Driver applications.

Requirements

• Must be over 18 years old.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• No formal experience is required; logic-driven problem-solving experience is advantageous.
• Ability to perform under pressure and solve problems effectively.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to gather data, interpret findings, and develop process improvements.
