AI Automation Intern (Product)

Location: Budapest, XI., Science Park, Hungary; on-site Monday–Thursday and remote on Fridays

hirify.global builds AI products that automate repetitive work in the relationship between financial advisors and their clients.

What you will do

• Work with the CTO and Product Managers to understand product development workflows and identify repetitive or inefficient tasks.
• Build and experiment with AI-powered workflows, automations, and lightweight internal tools.
• Connect information and workflows across the tools used by the Product team.
• Prototype solutions, test them with the team, and evaluate their impact on productivity and work quality.
• Document successful workflows for adoption across the Product organization.
• Explore AI applications for product feedback, customer-needs analysis, research, competitive analysis, documentation, and product decisions.

Requirements

• Active full-time university student status in Hungary.
• Availability to work 35–40 hours per week and from the Budapest office Monday–Thursday.
• Hands-on experience with AI tools, automation, coding, or low-code/no-code solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to break ambiguous problems into logical steps.
• Ability to communicate with non-technical stakeholders and translate their needs into practical solutions.
• Confident Hungarian and good written and spoken English.
