What you will do

• Build and evolve AI-powered applications that help employees access information, synthesize knowledge, and support strategic decision-making.
• Take features from initial requirements through user experience design, technical implementation, testing, deployment, and iteration.
• Develop advanced AI capabilities, including agentic workflows and deep-research workflows.
• Work directly with internal users, incorporate feedback, and contribute to feature prioritization and roadmap discussions.
• Define and evaluate measures of feature quality, usefulness, reliability, and adoption.

Requirements

• Strong software engineering skills, preferably with Python, and the ability to build reliable, maintainable production systems.
• Experience delivering features from ambiguous requests through technical design, rollout, and iteration.
• Practical experience with LLM-powered applications, including retrieval-augmented generation, agentic workflows, document search, and evaluation.
• Familiarity with vector search or vector databases, SQL, and messaging systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently in a small team.
• Strong English communication skills are required for working directly with and supporting internal users.
