Quantitative Developer (AI)

What you will do

• Design and build data pipelines and data-layer components.
• Develop and maintain computational frameworks and infrastructure for quantitative strategies at scale.
• Implement software systems supporting data, research, portfolio construction, and trading.
• Partner with researchers and quants to turn ideas into robust production solutions across the systematic business lifecycle.
• Build and integrate AI-powered tooling, including LLM agents, internal copilots, and automation for engineering and research workflows.
• Use AI coding assistants and agentic developer tools to improve software delivery quality and speed.

Requirements

• Degree in a technical or quantitative discipline from a top-tier institution.
• 3–8 years of software engineering experience.
• Programming experience in Python or C++ on Linux/Unix platforms, with familiarity with scripting languages.
• Experience with version control, continuous integration, and continuous deployment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, judgment, attention to detail, and collaborative working skills.
• Professional English communication skills are required.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI technologies such as LLMs and agentic AI.
• Experience in finance.
