Director, Enterprise Portfolio Management

Location: Remote - USA

Salary: $150,000–$195,000 USD base salary per year

What you will do

• Own a consolidated view of major employee-impacting initiatives, including priorities, owners, dependencies, timing, risks, and change readiness.
• Design, build, and apply AI to improve decision-making and operational efficiency with appropriate confidentiality, governance, and human oversight.
• Establish governance for initiative intake, prioritization, reporting, decision-making, and escalation.
• Partner with technology, infrastructure, architecture, communications, People Operations, business teams, and executives to sequence changes and manage competing priorities.
• Lead stakeholder alignment, employee communications, training, launch readiness, adoption, and reinforcement plans.
• Identify adoption barriers, coordinate resolution, and provide executives with clear visibility into progress, tradeoffs, risks, and decisions.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in enterprise portfolio management, cross-functional program delivery, technology change management, or internal operations with meaningful employee impact.
• Experience influencing without direct authority, navigating ambiguity and strong personalities, and holding stakeholders accountable.
• Experience operating in a public company or regulated environment with strong governance and accountability requirements.
• Ability to translate complex technical, operational, and policy changes into clear communications and adoption actions.
• Strong communication, judgment, business acumen, and systems thinking across technology, finance, operations, employees, and culture.
• Experience with technology, infrastructure, architecture, or enterprise systems change is preferred.
