Strategic Program Manager, PMO (AI)

Location: US Remote; candidates must be eligible to work in the United States.

Salary: $114,000–$143,000 per year

What you will do

• Lead complex PMO transformation, governance, and operational scalability programs across CXG Services.
• Redesign implementation frameworks from a single-product focus to a full customer-platform model.
• Apply an AI-first approach to process modernization, automation, workflow redesign, and productivity improvement.
• Own portfolio forecasting, capacity planning, resource modeling, demand planning, and pipeline visibility.
• Develop governance standards, executive reporting, dashboards, metrics, documentation, and training materials.
• Coordinate change management and cross-functional initiatives while advising leaders, resolving operational risks, and mentoring project contributors.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience leading complex PMO, operational transformation, implementation governance, change management, or process modernization programs.
• Bachelor's degree in business, project management, information systems, operations management, communications, or a related field.
• Advanced experience with PMO governance, implementation methodologies, organizational change management, and scalable operational solutions.
• AI-first experience with AI-enabled tools, automation, workflow optimization, or process modernization.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, Smartsheet, Salesforce, and ServiceNow.
• Strong forecasting, capacity planning, executive communication, facilitation, stakeholder management, reporting, and performance-metrics skills.

Nice to have

• Experience in fintech, SaaS, digital banking, portfolio governance, operational excellence, or enterprise process improvement.
• Experience leading platform-based delivery transitions or enterprise-scale transformation initiatives.
• PMP, PgMP, PMI-ACP, Prosci, Lean, or Six Sigma certification.
• Experience mentoring project managers or PMO professionals.
