Program Manager (CMS)

Location: Fully remote, with authorization to work in the United States required. Certain roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation and/or security clearance.

Salary: $125,000–$170,000 per year

What you will do

• Serve as the primary point of contact for the Contracting Officer and Contracting Officer’s Representative across the task order.
• Own staffing, cost management, and performance reporting across operations and maintenance and modernization workstreams.
• Maintain visibility into program health, risks, and dependencies across the full contract.
• Build relationships with CMS stakeholders and the prime contractor.
• Represent hirify.global in program-level meetings, reviews, and reporting sessions.
• Coordinate delivery in an Agile environment, including sprint coordination and release planning.

Requirements

• Proven program management experience on large-scale federal IT contracts.
• Experience managing cost, schedule, and performance across complex multi-workstream programs.
• Clear communication with technical teams and senior government stakeholders.
• Experience working in remote, collaborative, and matrixed environments.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• U.S. work authorization is required; some roles may require U.S. citizenship and the ability to obtain and maintain a federal background investigation or security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with CMS, Medicare, or federal health IT environments.
• Experience working as a subcontractor in a prime/subcontractor teaming arrangement.
