Associate Director, Project Manager (Adobe Experience Cloud)

Location: Remote, with roles open in Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Denver, Los Angeles, New York, Salt Lake City, and San Diego. Must be authorized to work in the United States; hirify.global participates in E-Verify. Travel of up to 40–60% is required.

Salary: $65–$75 per hour, based on a 20-hour workweek and leveling.

What you will do

• Lead client engagements involving multiple project teams across client, customer, partner, and internal organizations.
• Plan and oversee Adobe Experience Cloud implementation projects, including scope, deliverables, milestones, resources, costs, and change requests.
• Manage projects from inception through closure, maintaining customer expectations and ensuring successful delivery.
• Forecast revenue, profitability, margins, bill rates, and utilization across projects.
• Coordinate escalations across sales, services, product, and technical delivery teams.
• Capture deployment issues, post-mortems, lessons learned, and opportunities for repeat or add-on business.

Requirements

• Experience with one or more Adobe Experience Cloud solutions, preferably AEM or AEP.
• 5–7+ years of project management experience delivering enterprise-scale web applications or analytics implementations.
• Client-facing project management experience in an agency or professional services environment.
• Experience leading complex, high-traffic service launches and operations, including highly available internet or mobile services.
• Ability to understand technical changes, communicate high-level technical solutions, and manage custom software development engagements.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, organizational, stakeholder-management, and leadership skills; a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Project Management Professional, Agile, Certified ScrumMaster, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics and Workfront.
• Practical experience managing agile development projects.
