Associate Director, Strategy & Operations

Location: Remote - US

Base pay: $179,000–$248,000 USD per year, plus equity; some roles may include an annual bonus.

What you will do

• Operationalize Options Travel strategies and initiatives from planning through execution, measuring outcomes and reporting results to the CEO and stakeholders.
• Establish cross-division operating cadence across Sales, Operations, the online booking tool, Account Management, and Accounting.
• Act as the day-to-day liaison between Options and hirify.global once the online booking tool is live, coordinating issues, fixes, pricing, and technology needs.
• Coordinate Options Travel contracts with hirify.global counsel and keep agreements moving.
• Work directly with clients to resolve issues and support retention and growth.
• Implement processes that improve scalability and operational efficiency, while supporting partner-network and global-fulfillment initiatives as needed.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience in corporate travel, TMC operations, or strategy and operations.
• 2–3 years in a senior operating or lead capacity.
• Experience turning strategy into executed outcomes in a fast-moving, scaling business.
• Ability to coordinate cross-functionally and influence senior stakeholders without direct authority.
• Decisive, creative problem-solving skills and a track record of driving work to completion.
• Comfort with client-facing work, modern technology and operating tools, communication, and expectation-setting.
