Senior Program Manager (Semiconductors)

What you will do

• Lead the Product Group pipeline, including strategic planning, opportunity prioritization, resource scenarios, and timely opportunity initiation.
• Define program and project roadmaps with management and stakeholders, and initiate complex multi-site research, industrial, and NPI programs.
• Develop program blueprints, resource plans, budgets, business cases, CAPEX plans, and delivery scenarios.
• Drive programs to completion within agreed timelines, budgets, quality standards, and product-group growth objectives.
• Manage program and portfolio risks, changes, issues, forecasts, and dependencies across projects.
• Coordinate cross-domain and third-party stakeholders while prioritizing resources across programs and projects.

Requirements

• Degree or master's qualification plus 8 years of project and program management experience in semiconductors, pharmaceuticals, or a related field.
• Strong end-to-end project and program management experience, including scope, risk, change, stakeholder, scheduling, budgeting, and execution management.
• Expertise in cross-domain alignment, third-party management, and state-of-the-art project management tools.
• Strong leadership skills and experience building and leading programs in a global, intercultural environment.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, including stakeholder management up to executive management level.
• Fluent English and German skills are required.

• Knowledge of semiconductor processes and packages.
