What you will do

• Drive complex, cross-functional software programs from planning through delivery.
• Establish ownership, milestones, timelines, dependencies, and delivery confidence.
• Identify and resolve risks, blockers, capacity constraints, and open decisions.
• Facilitate decisions and translate them into clear actions for stakeholders.
• Align Engineering, Product, Project Management, Release Management, and customer-facing teams.
• Improve cross-functional collaboration and project visibility through pragmatic processes.

Requirements

• Several years of experience in Program Management, Technical Program Management, Project Management, or a comparable role in a technology or software environment.
• Proven experience driving complex, cross-functional software projects through short, high-intensity cycles, typically within one or two quarters.
• Strong skills in planning, dependency management, risk management, and stakeholder communication.
• Ability to influence without formal authority and navigate challenging conversations.
• Structured, analytical, and action-oriented approach in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent communication skills in English and availability to work on-site in Munich.
