Program Manager Operations (m/f/d)

Location: Germany (Kleve); hybrid work options combine remote work with on-site collaboration.

What you will do

• Lead strategic programs supporting the development and optimization of European warehousing, distribution, and service operations.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through implementation, covering planning, budgets, resources, governance, risks, and stakeholder communication.
• Develop business cases, financial analyses, and ROI assessments while tracking benefits realization.
• Drive process improvement, organizational change, business continuity, and rapid issue resolution at local sites.
• Define and report program KPIs, facilitate governance forums and workshops, and coach project teams on methodologies and tools.
• Collaborate with the Project Management Office to apply established standards, methodologies, and best practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, or operations management.
• Proven program and project management experience in international, cross-functional environments.
• Experience leading large-scale operational change initiatives in a fast-paced setting.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, manage multiple priorities, and interact with senior leadership.
• Fluent English required; German is a plus.
