CoreRide Program Manager (Automotive): Driving the development of NXP CoreRide’s central compute end-to-end platform for Software Defined Vehicles with an accent on hardware and software coordination, system architecture, and platform integration. Focus on leading cross-geography development, validating complete automotive systems, and delivering a production-ready minimum viable product with partners and customers.
Location: Preference to Toulouse, France or Munich, Germany

What you will do
- Drive development of the NXP CoreRide central compute end-to-end platform for Software Defined Vehicles.
- Coordinate hardware, software, and hardware reference system development across product lines and R&D organizations in multiple geographies.
- Work with product management and marketing to deliver the minimum viable product on schedule.
- Lead system architecture, integration, and validation activities to deliver complete end-to-end systems to automotive customers.
- Collaborate with automotive product lines, ecosystem partners, customers, and internal stakeholders to define platform solutions.
Requirements
- At least 15 years of relevant experience.
- Mandatory knowledge of automotive embedded software and semiconductors, especially semiconductor SoCs, power, and performance.
- Expertise in Agile SAFe, integration, and CI/CT/CD.
- Experience leading software and system integration at an automotive OEM or Tier-1 supplier.
- Strong presentation, communication, organizational, and planning skills.
